Frequently Asked Questions

This is my first time at a spa. What can I expect?

When you enter the spa, check in at the reception desk. You will be asked to fill out a brief questionnaire. This will allow the therapist(s) to know a little about your medical background. Please note that all information is strictly confidential and will be used solely for the purpose of your treatment(s). Take a few moments to relax, unwind and breathe in our spa lounge area.

What should I bring with me to the spa?

If you have a gift card/certificate, bring that with you and present it to the receptionist when you are checking in. For safekeeping, we recommend you keep all your belongings with you at all times while receiving or waiting to receive treatment(s). We cannot take responsibility for lost items.

How do you accommodate late arrivals?

We will do our very best to accommodate those clients who arrive late to their scheduled appointments. However, if it interferes with another client’s appointment, the service(s) of those who arrived late will finish at the scheduled time while the normal treatment fee remains unchanged. If we are unable to accommodate a late arrival, he/she will be charged the full price for all treatments and some/all services may be eliminated or reduced in time due to a late arrival. You should arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment(s).

What considerations should I be aware of?

To ensure the ultimate experience for yourself and other guests, please refrain from speaking loudly, as well as using cell phones, pagers, IPods, MP3 players, or anything else that may disturb others inside the spa. A quiet environment is necessary in providing a true spa experience for all our guests.

What if I have lost my gift card or gift certificate?

It is necessary to keep up with these valuable properties as they are considered the same as cash.We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen gift cards and certificates.

What should I expect during my massage? Will I be covered?

You will be modestly draped with sheets and a blanket throughout your massage. However, if you feel more comfortable keeping minimal undergarments on, that’s fine. We want you to be comfortable and relax.

Can the spa accommodate group bookings?

Definitely! Just give us the details, and we will put together a package that suits your needs.

When should I arrive for my appointment?

Can I ask my therapist to make adjustments for my comfort?
